Our project partner, Office Principles, created a sustainable 5,000 sq ft workspace for FSP at Thames Valley Park’s NOW building in Reading, delivering a New York loft-style design that prioritizes wellness and collaboration.

FSP, a multi-award winning digital transformation specialist that has topped the UK’s best workplace rankings three times in five years, focuses on helping organizations unlock the value of data while maintaining strong values around family, success, and passion.

The ground floor workspace reflects its location in the BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ Thames Valley Park campus through numerous sustainable features. These include recycled materials, reused furniture and signage, and a striking biophilic wall. The design balances pastel pinks and greens against deep blues and timber features, while floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light.

The layout combines coworking and conventional spaces, featuring a front collaborative hub, main boardroom, breakout areas, and group meeting zones. A purpose-built innovation hub leads to outdoor green space for interactive client workshops. Existing carpet tiles divide the floor in a contemporary fashion, allowing raw concrete pillars to stand as bold design features.
