Our 6-week summer project transformed 6,300 sq ft at their London headquarters, delivering strategic space optimisation that created capacity for 8-10 additional workstations without expanding the footprint.

Attestor Limited’s prime Seymour Street location needed to accommodate rapid business growth without the disruption of relocation. The alternative investment management firm required additional workspace capacity while maintaining the professional environment that reflects their market position.

The transformation centres on precision space planning that maximises every element of the available floor area. By reducing workstation dimensions from 1800mm to 1600mm and completely recalibrating the layout, we created the spatial capacity needed while maintaining optimal workflow patterns and collaborative opportunities.

A custom banquette seating solution accommodates meetings for up to 25 people, integrating seamlessly with existing joinery. Meeting spaces were reconfigured for maximum efficiency, with minor mechanical and electrical adjustments ensuring full functionality within the existing infrastructure.

Working with acoustics specialist Ross Hawkins, we maintained design continuity through careful material matching and finish coordination. The compressed timeline required meticulous planning with trusted supply chain partners to ensure seamless delivery during the summer period when most employees were on leave.

The completed workspace enables Attestor Limited to accommodate their growing team within their established location, avoiding relocation costs and operational disruption while gaining immediate capacity and flexibility for future expansion.
