Our 6-week refurbishment transformed 3,400 sq ft of blank canvas into a vibrant, personality-filled workspace designed for innovation and collaboration.

Deriv, a global online trading platform serving over 3 million clients worldwide, had recently moved into their London office with a clear brief: create a creative workspace that captures the dynamic, welcoming atmosphere of their other global hubs and supports their AI-first technology strategy as they scale.

The transformation required a complete reconfiguration of the entire floor plate. A vibrant colour palette – featuring pastel multi-coloured chairs and multi-coloured light fittings – runs throughout the space, while varied carpet zones and vinyl walkways define different areas and guide movement across the floor.

The new layout delivers the variety modern working demands. Four individual offices provide privacy for focused work, a strategically repositioned meeting room better serves the team, and four dedicated phone booths offer acoustic privacy for calls. At the heart of the space, a central breakout area with collaborative tables, banquette seating and an enhanced tea point creates a natural hub for interaction and social connection. Abundant natural light from generous windows ensures the space feels bright and welcoming throughout the day.

Sitting within a mixed-use building with residential flats above and a restaurant below, the project required meticulous attention to cleanliness and minimal disruption throughout the programme, with the team working around the building’s main staircase – the primary access route for residents.

The result is a workspace with real personality that reflects who Deriv are as a company – one that supports the dynamic, innovative work culture essential as they continue to grow and advance their global operations.
