Talon has recently joined SB Workspace as a project manager. He has over 15 years' experience in managing projects on site, and comes with a wealth of knowledge and capability.
He will be responsible for taking ownership of all aspects of project coordination and delivery. He will be hands on through the furniture installation process, including pre-contract, procurement and fit-out phases. Every day for the duration of the furniture installation Talon will supervise the workforce, sub-contractors, programming of works and deliveries. He will ensure that the site is kept clean and is responsible for Health and Safety and best practice.
